What do you know about this phone number–I saw a post on twitter some time ago that is for people to call if they need food?
I ran into several people outside my gate–they are lacking food (& also gas). I started giving food (rice & stuff)–cops gave me a loud, humiliating yelling this morning saying I cannot do that.
