Ranjha–A health desk has been brought into operation at Suiya in Katkuyinya, Banke to prevent risks from possible outbreak of coronavirus infection.
Angad Bahadur Shahi, acting chief of district health office, Banke, shared the health desk has started providing health screening service to the people entering to Nepal via India since last Monday.
The desk was set up with essential medicines, medical equipments and infrastructures, he shared. The office is preparing to expand the setup of health desks in other bordering checkpoints as well. A health desk was already established in Nepal-India border checkpoint, Jamunaha, a month ago.
