Contact Tracing has been the way forward when finding out the spread of the virus. However University students have a huge interaction circle and contact tracing can be very difficult. Not to mention classrooms are one sneeze away from total contamination. I really think shutting down universities for maybe a month or so is the right move ahead. Let me know what you think.
