What are the issues while using electronics from America in Nepal? Because of the voltage difference, would we require some other extra device? What has your experience been?
I saw some small transformer devices (not sure what they're called exactly) at Bhatbhateni to transform the voltage 230 V (NP) to 120 V(US). Would that solve the voltage issue? or is it not required at all in the modern electronics?
I'm looking into getting some electronics goodies from the US via my relatives but I'm quite unsure because of the voltage difference. Any advice and tip would be appreciated. Thanks.
