Is it leased by Nepal Government for parliament meetings from private holders as rumored? Also, I have a mild memory of hearing a tea shop was inside the compound for long in a youtube conversation. Is that true? How would they allow such activities in such a critical place? And why isn't our government able to use its own property for it?
