I have a brother (22/M) suffering from mental illness.

Hi. As clearly mentioned in the title, I have a younger brother (22/M) who has been showing pychotic behaviour since the last 2 weeks. We realized about his case when he was sent to the police by the locals TWICE for showing aggressive behaviour. Since then he has never been out of our radar because we never know if that act would evolve into something really bad.
It's been a week since the police incident and we have taken him for medical test which showed marijuana and benzodiazepine positive. We also took him to see two different pychiatrics (Dr richa amatya and Dr. Ravi Shakya (Reddit reference). They both turn to marijuana as the culprit in acting as a catalyst on surfacing out the problem that was already there.

The problem is that he just randomly turns aggressive wanting to leave the house, and looks completely lost. It is extremely devastating to see him like this. Its also been really tiring looking after him all the time. Theres myself and my elder brother (who flew from abroad) to take care of him until (if) he gets better. Our parents are old and helpless themselves.

Can anyone else going through a similar situation give me some advice? Or anyone with any ideas on how to handle this? Anyone with experience in sending their loved ones to rehab/institution and having positive results?
